📊 How Does the Team Matchmaking Board Work?

After submitting Form A or Form B, our staff will review and publish your listing on the public board under anonymous identifiers such as “Team” or “Talent.”

📌  Board I. Team Recruitment Board: Individual participants seeking a team can browse available team listings here. If you find a team that interests you, click the right-hand column button〔 Apply for this team 〕 and complete the form. Our staff will forward your application to the team.

📌 Board II. Talent Matchmaking Board: Team leaders looking for additional members can browse potential candidates here. If you find suitable talent, click the right-hand column button〔 Invite This Person〕and complete the form. Our staff will forward your invitation to the individual.

• This matchmaking system operates through a “staff-mediated communication” process. Your personal contact information will never be disclosed publicly before both parties establish direct communication privately.
• Please note that the organizer only provides an information exchange platform and will not intervene in or oversee team operations, preliminary work distribution, or prize allocation arrangements. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or adjust any rules and procedures related to this matchmaking system at any time.
